  ZipDial Machine – Terms & Conditions of Installation & Usage
  
    1. Warranty
    
      - The ZipDial device carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of installation.
- The charger is covered under a 6-month warranty.
- Warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Physical or liquid damage is not covered.
 
  
    2. Training & Support
    
      - A single 60-minute training session will be provided at the time of installation.
- Training includes device usage, campaign setup, and basic troubleshooting.
 
  
    3. Software Installation
    
      - The initial software installation is free of charge.
- Any reinstallation required due to software corruption may be chargeable based on effort and time.
 
  
    4. Service Scope & Limitations
    
      - Any support required post-installation may incur additional charges, as per the service rate card.
- The provider is not responsible for damage due to power surge, external accessories, or product misuse.
 
  
    5. Ownership & Use
    
      - Full ownership of the device transfers to the customer after complete payment.
- The device must be used in compliance with all applicable telecom and data privacy laws.
 
  
	
    6. Return & Refund Policy
    
      - Our devices or services one’s sold it does not return or refund.
- If the "warranty void" sticker is tampered with, removed, and reapplied, your device may be out of warranty.
